I think that George is going to start doing things on his own now since he don't have to take care of Lennie, but at the same time things are not going to be the same for him since he shot Lennie. I think that he going to end up finding a job though and he well end up buying the ranch him and Lennie was suppose to buy. And i think that he well end up liking his new life and him and Candy going to become closer. Something did change in the book because George wont be with Lennie no more since he killed him and he don't have to deal with him no more. And George said ''Everybody gonna be nice to you, ain't gonna be no more trouble, Nobody gonna hurt nobody nor steal from 'em.''(page 103.
