Kayla Jonscher Post #4

I think George’s life will change after this. I think it will be a huge change. It will all be different for him. Instead of having to take care of someone or look out for someone, it will only be him. I think he’ll eventually save his money up. But spend it all on something stupid. I think after the ending, George will be quiet for a while. But I think he’ll end up leaving. Maybe going back home to where him and Lennie were from. There’s going to be a big change from every one including George. I don’t think it really mattered to Curly that his wife was dead. “ Curley suddenly came to life. ‘I know who done it, that big son-of-a-bitch done it’” (Steinbeck, 94). He seems to care at first, but he wasn’t sad, or concerned. I think Curley saw this as his opportunity to kill Lennie. When he cam to life and realized who done it, he wanted to kill him. After all that happened nothing mattered more to him then killing him himself.

  1. I agree with what you’re saying because George life will change after what happened, happened. I also agree with what your saying about Curley it really didn’t matter to him that his wife was dead I think to him all that mattered was that he going to finally kill Lennie. I don’t think that he really cared about his wife being dead.
