After George kills Lennie I think that George gets into
depression, because Lennie and George grew up together and they always traveled
together. They had their backs in everything now its going to George with the
memories of Lennie and him always getting in trouble by killing the mice. He will go get some drinks and work again on
the farm until he has enough money so he can get his land. Even though George
is still sad about it I think that he will get his own land in memory of Lennie.
Him and Candy and perhaps Crook will go together and buy the land since that’s
what Lennie wanted and once he get his land he’s going to tend the rabbits and
always remember Lennie. Things will be different for George now because he wont
have anyone to talk to anymore. He’s going to be like the rest of the other
guys and that are by themselves and not caring about anyone but themselves.
