At the end of the book "of Mice of Me" I think George is going to get the job that he promised Lennie he would get, and for the memory of Lennie i think George is going to tend some rabbits for Lennie. Also George is going to be able to work the way he wanted , without worrying about Lennie getting them fired. George is still going to feel guilty about killing Lennie, but he will always know that it was for the best. George will always also know that it was better for him to kill Lennie , then Curly making him suffer or locking him up. At lot has changed for George because even though Lennie was a lot of trouble, Lennie was his  best friend.
