After the book Of Mice and Men it think George will continue
with his life after some time. It’s going to torture him for the rest of his
days. I think he will end up meeting the girl of his dreams like he wished in
the first chapter. Maybe after he gets paid he saves enough to make Lennies
dream come true. Maybe when he has his own family he would name one of his kids
after Lennie, I think that because that was like his brother. He took
responsibilities over him. Maybe after awhile George will learn to live with
killing his best friend. Hopefully he tells the truth about how he killed
Lennie. He was wrong by saying that Lennie took the gun. I feel that Lennie didn’t
deserve that, he killed Curly’s wife unintentionally. I would of thought George
would help Lennie get away. I honestly think that was George’s last straw. He
did what he thought was right.
