After the sad ending of Mice and Men, lennie being killed by
the person he trusted the most, I think George is going to continue on with his
life. I think George will try and start all over, but I think he might be a
little tortured because he was the was who killed Lennie. Killing someone is
not easy to forget, he’s going to live with that all his life. Its going to
bring pain to him but happiness to because in a way he did Lennie a favor and
stopped the suffering for him. Either way if Lennie wouldn’t have been killed
he was gonna suffer and that would’ve hurt more than him dying and now being in
peace. George will somehow phase what he did and he will try to continue and
try to do things he couldn’t do with Lennie, he’ll find his own place his
animals and maybe he might even have a family of his own.
I agree with you because it's true, George did Lennie a favor, he basically saved Lennie from all that torture and pain. I also agree that George will continue with his life but he will always have in his conscience that he's the one who killed Lennie. I also agree with "George will somehow phase what he did and he will try to continue and try to do things he couldn’t do with Lennie, he’ll find his own place his animals and maybe he might even have a family of his own." because theirs no way George could of had a wife an kids if Lennie was around, honestly.
