The book "Of Mice and Men" I think that George and Lennie will get the job they are looking for. They will be good for a couple of months, until one day their boss calls them to his office and Lennie talks and their boss finds out that Lennie has some type of Mental issue. Both George and Lennie will have to run away, like the other time they had to run away from their town. I Believe that Lennie doesn't mean any harm, I think that Lennie has no idea that the things he does are bad and that it always makes the situation worse every time he does something. Like when they had to run away from the their old job because Lennie touched a women's dress. Lennie didn't mean any harm all he wanted to do is pet it but the people that saw him didn't know that. “Hide in the brush
till I come for you. Can you remember that?” (Steinbeck, pg 12) I think that this is giving us an idea that they are going to have to leave their job because something goes wrong. I predict that Lennie will get lost along the way of finding the brush. Or even George won't show up and leave Lennie in the brush because George is tired of having Lennie with him having to take care of him and take him out of trouble all the time. George has a lot of weight on his back with having to take care of himself and Lennie, and trying to keep Lennie out of trouble and happy. In my head that seems like too much to worry about. Also I predict that George and Lennie will probably stay together and keep their job. Save their money and live their dream to have a farm and cattle, pigs, chicken etc.
