In our book Of Mice and Men I predict many things will happen. From what I read so far i predict Lennie is going to get himself & George fired from the job they recently got.
“ Lennie watched her, fascinated.” (Steinbeck P. 31) he
might try to pet her like he has done in the past even though George told him
to stay away from her. “ Don’t even look at that bitch… You leave her be.”
(Steinbeck P.32) I also think that Curly’s wife will try to flirt with George
& Lennie. “ If he ain’t, I guess I better look some place else, she said
playfully.” (Steinbeck P. 31) When Curley's wife left the room Lenny immediately
said to George "She's purty,". I think Lennie is
scared of Curly. "I don't want no trouble," … "Don't
let him sock me, George." (Steinbeck, pg.29)
