I think this book will be about the friendship of George and Lennie, how they work hard to own their own ranch. Maybe it will be about how George and Lennie get in trouble and how they get out of it. I believe that the book will end with George getting the ranch but probably Lennie gets in some trouble and doesn't get out of it. In the book George told Lennie what to do if he ever does get in trouble again, "Lennie--if you jus' happen to get in trouble like you always done before, I want you to come right here an' hide in the brush (Steinbeck, pg.16)." I think that since Lennie is so forgetful he might get into some trouble and might not remember how to get back to the place they agreed on, maybe he gets lost in the woods and really does go and live in a cave.
